Bachelor's Law degree from the University of Costa Rica. Master in Legal Advice for Companies, from the Carlos III University, Madrid, Spain. Master in Law, Business and Justice from the University of Valencia, Spain. Technician degree in Human Resources Administration from the University of Costa Rica. Professor of Labor and Social Security Law at the University of Costa Rica and currently collaborates in a specialization course in labor and Employment law with Lead University.

 

From January 2012 to date, he freely practices the profession, and currently does so at the Carro & Asociados Law Firm. Member of the Costa Rican Labor and Employment Law Association and Coordinator of the Young Lawyers Section, Costa Rica Chapter, of the International Society of Labor and Social Security Law.

 

He has given numerous trainings to the business sector in different current and relevant topics of labor and employment law. He actively participates with his experience in different business Chambers such as the Chamber of Construction and the Guanacasteca Chamber of Tourism (CATURGUA). He has multiple publications on different topics of Labor and Employment Law and is always updated by participating in International Congresses and Seminars.
